Welcome to Aiunko. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aiunko. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA). If you do not agree, please discontinue using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Aiunko, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Aiunko provides an intuitive photo management experience with the following features:

• Swipe left to delete a photo.
• Swipe right to keep a photo.

All processing occurs locally on your device. No personal information is collected or transmitted.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use Aiunko in a lawful manner and refrain from:

• Reverse-engineering, modifying, or creating derivative works of the app.
• Using the app for unauthorized data collection or storage.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations while using the app.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Aiunko.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or other means. Continued use of Aiunko after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Aiunko without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all rights to use the app cease immediately.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
